When should we post your announcement:

Announcements can be scheduled! Please tell us any scheduling requirements, such as dates and times. If this announcement needs to be timed to something else, or must not happen before (or after) a certain date or event, please tell us, and give as much detail as possible. We sometimes shuffle announcement times, so giving us as much information as possible ensures that your announcement is scheduled when you need it. Also, keep in mind that Facebook and other social media platforms reduce the reach of announcements when we post more than two in the same day, so the Publicity team will spread out announcements.
